Copyediting deals with more than spelling and punctuation. We pay attention to voice, flow, rhythm, clarity, and consistency. Proofreading comes later, when the piece is nearly ready and the remaining errors need to be caught before it is published, submitted, or printed.
Training and Educational Materials
We both have experience in our previous employment with writing and editing materials meant to teach people how to do something or help them understand a subject. That includes training documents, instructional guides, handouts, workbooks, and other educational resources.
